Backup & restore
Backups contain your private planner notes and saved links. Keep them safe. Downloads are snapshots, not cloud sync.
Older shelf and planner backup files can still be restored using their original import controls.
Help & maintenance
Keyboard shortcuts: Alt + comma opens Settings. Alt + F opens the focus timer. Tab moves between controls; Escape closes dialogs.
